What am I purchasing?

A digital PDF sewing pattern for you to make your own garment. You are not purchasing a finished garment or a printed paper pattern. Please read the individual product description for the exact files and instructions included.

Which sizes are included?

Our patterns are offered in EU sizes 32–56. Each size is supplied as a separate file. Use our size guide and the notes for your chosen pattern and your body measurements to decide which size to make.

Which file formats are included?

Patterns are supplied in PDF format for A4 / US Letter home printing, A0 copy-shop printing and projector use, as listed on the product page. Read the README for guidance specific to your download.

What language are the instructions in?

The sewing instructions are written in English.

Are the patterns suitable for beginners?

The required experience depends on the design. Check the skill level and construction details in the individual listing. Familiarity with basic sewing techniques will help; a more tailored design may require additional experience.

How do I open ZIP files?

Save the ZIP folder to your computer, then use Extract all on Windows or double-click it on a Mac. Open the extracted PDFs rather than working inside the compressed folder.

How should I print my pattern?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended. Print at 100% or actual size and turn off “fit to page”. Check the test square before printing the remaining pages. Follow the printing and assembly guidance included with your pattern.

Are seam allowances included?

Check the notes on your individual pattern and its instructions. These take priority over general guidance, as details can vary between designs.

Can I ask for help?

Yes. Please use our contact page and tell us the pattern name, the question or issue, and your order number if you have already purchased. For printing problems, include the paper size, PDF reader and print settings you used.

May I sell garments made using these patterns?

Yes. You are welcome to make garments using Maison Christine sewing patterns and sell the garments you create.
