Digital sewing patterns

Maison Christine sells downloadable PDF sewing patterns. No physical item is shipped. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges for digital patterns. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. For digital content, this right is lost only when supply begins after your prior express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal, with confirmation provided to you on a durable medium. Purchasing or downloading alone does not automatically waive this right. If these requirements have not been met, your statutory withdrawal rights remain.

You can also contact us by phone on +31 6 36551952 or write to Maison Christine, Utrechtsestraatweg 14, 3911 TV Rhenen, The Netherlands. You do not need to give a reason for a statutory withdrawal.

Missing, incorrect or defective files

If your files are missing, inaccessible, incorrect or defective, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will help resolve it. Your legal rights to a remedy, including correction, replacement, a price reduction or a refund where applicable, remain unaffected.

Refunds

Where a refund is due following a valid statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Other mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
